Director and Clinical Lead
The Occ Health Company was founded by Claire McGuirk, a highly experienced
Registered Nurse and Occupational Health Practitioner with a passion for helping
people remain healthy, productive and supported at work.
Having spent many years working within healthcare and Occupational Health
environments, Claire understands both the clinical aspects of workplace health and
the practical realities faced by employers.
Her professional qualifications and experience enable her to assess complex health
situations, provide evidence-based recommendations and support organisations in
managing employee health issues effectively and fairly.
Throughout her career, Claire has worked with employees, managers and
organisations across a wide range of sectors, helping to achieve positive outcomes
for both businesses and individuals.
More than Occupational Health
Alongside her Occupational Health work, Claire is also an experienced trainer who
successfully delivers workplace health and safety training programmes, including First Aid.
Her ability to combine clinical expertise with training experience allows her to
educate and empower employers and employees alike.
